Expert Witness Medical Reports

Dr Millard, a practicing NHS and private dermatologist, for 17 years, prepares expert witness and clinical negligence reports on all aspects of dermatology.

He has written many short form reports for the NHS Litigation Authority, in addition to numerous expert witness medical reports for individual law firms, with a 75/25 Defendant/ Claimant respective split.

Dr Millard has given expert witness evidence under cross-examination in court.
